We want to use our studio as a community resources to generate real opportunity for the essential & displaced hospitality people of New York City.

By redeveloping their business ideas & brands, alongside our own collaborative concepts, we can re-deploy these essential food identities through stronger businesses models and logistics that are more responsive.
